REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR

Returning families

  • Begin forecasting with program teachers/consultants on April 21st.. 
    • K-8 forecasting will be for program choices only.  You will find our 14-15 Program Catalog online under the "classes" tab.
    • Elective class sign ups online are tentatively set for June 4th (complete class schedule should be available by May 23rd). 
    • High School students will forecast a complete schedule.  If our elective schedule is not published by the time you have your forecasting appointment, then you may have a second appointment to schedule your electives. 
  • Pick up a Returning Family registration packet in the main office - please see Teri or Cheryl. If you have a new student, you will pick up a New Student packet as well.
  • Completed registration packets, along with forecast forms (and boundary exceptions if you are out of district) need to be turned in to the main office, beginning May 1st. This will need to be done by May 23rd in order to participate on the first day of elective class sign ups online (6/4 tentative). 

New families:

  • Parents will attend a Parent Information meeting on any Wednesday at 9:15 (please sign up here).
  • Parents who are interested in River Online Learning, please sign up here to attend a meeting.
  • Parents will turn in a Program Placement Application (given out at Parent information meeting) for each student, indicating a program choice. If a Program Placement Application is not turned in, a student will not be placed on our list for enrollment in 14-15.
  • Students in grades 1-12 will take an assessment.  Sign up here for an assessment. If an assessment is not completed, a student will not be placed on our list for enrollment in 14-15.
  • Parents will pick up a New Family registration packet for each student inthe main office - please see Teri or Cheryl.
  • Based on the indicated program choice, teachers/consultants will contact new families to forecast for the 14-15 school year beginning May 1st.

    • High School students will forecast a complete schedule, including electives, with their consultants.
